To: The Future Successful Me #4

Greetings again.

You are so lucky you're out of school. You have absolutely no idea how hard it is. No adults do. They think that their lives are so hard because they have to deal with money and relationships. I've got those two nicely down to pat (that may be due to the fact that both my financial and romantic lives are completely non-existent, seeing as I have no money, nor a partner). But I still have not figured out how to master exams.

The school is being rather nice, giving us our exams on the first day back. Because it means that I can use my holiday time to hit the books, instead of after school and on weekends. Not that I think I'd be studying that hard, because when I get into the holiday mode, it's time to partaaaaaaye. Not that I do, you know. I'm using it as an expression because I'm running out of things to say.

Before I go, I'm going to get a few things off my mind. Recently, a particular person who I would call a friend went out and purchased the exact same thing that I have been known to wear. It wouldn't be so aggravating if they were completely unaware of me owning such an item. But the fact that they gave a compliment concerning the item, asked me where I bought it from, then bought exactly the same thing pisses me off. Not to mention, when I enquired about this particular item after I saw them wearing it, they claimed 'oh! So that's why it's so familiar!' is downright infuriating. Oh, and did I mention that they wear it proudly almost everyday, probably just to annoy me even further?

Am I being too possessive, or do I have the right to feel pissed off at this person? Maybe after I've grown up a bit, I'll find it acceptable.
