Spectacular

It might fascinate you to know that I am part of the school band. We happened to go frolicking around Circular Quay on Tuesday- we were rehearsing for a big spectacular show that was on at night. We filled the gaps between all the rehearals by eating too much icecream, running lost and late, acting like tourists, acting like cavemen, acting like suited professionals, taking pictures of each other pretending to be all the above, and consuming ridiculous amounts of overpriced food ridiculously fast.

Anywho, GIRD YOUR LOINS, masses of photos coming through:

We met with this amazing silver man. He looks like Jesus and Kanye West's baby.

Van's debut into modelling. He tried to 'get into character' by putting on a deep voice and saying stuff like 'Well my presentation on Friday is coming along excellently, I think the CEO should be extremely impressed" whenever strangers enter hearing distance.

While waiting impatiently for our pancakes (yes pancakes for dinner, unheard of!), we grabbed our forks and knives and engaged in uncivilised ape behaviour (discreetly of course, we didn't want the waiters to call security).

After waiting ten minutes for single plate of pancakes, and having only ten minutes to eat and run quite a distance back to the assigned meeting point, we managed to eat our pancakes in under a minute. I am not exaggerating. My camera tells me this first picture was taken at 5:51, and the second at 5:52.

I don't have any actual photos of our performance- I do have a video, but I can't upload it just yet. I'll post the video next time I blog. In the meantime, here's a happy picture of the finale:
