A Picnic in Polaroids
Yesterday was a blur (probably because of the several concussion-inducing rolls I took down that really steep hill), so unfortunately, I cannot provide you guys with play-by-play commentary. However, I can let the pictures speak for themselves, and squeeze out as much from my brain about yesterday as possible. Things I can still vaguely remember, in no particular order:
♥ taking pictures of people taking pictures of people ♥ sticking cocktail umbrellas into dodgily barbequed kebabs ♥ cloud-watching ♥ eating pink froth produced from mixing soda and icecream ♥ getting tangled in other people's limbs while playing twister ♥ the great pain experienced after managing to untangle self from human pretzel ♥ running in 4inch wedges ♥ rolling down a giant hill while laughing hysterically the whole way down ♥ lying a good 10 minutes in the grass, in attempt to recover from the great roll ♥ pushing people off the top of the hill, and watching them roll to the bottom ♥ watching other people roll down the hill, looking as if they were limp, lifeless corpses ♥ grass stains on everyone's socks ♥ getting grass in my hair and ears and mouth and toe-gaps and clothes ♥ discussing long-gone television shows from childhood ♥ riding bicycles ♥ eating heaps and heaps of cupcakes and donuts ♥ water-bombing people ♥ cake-fighting ♥ driving to the train station with twelve people squished into a car ♥ surviving the previously-mentioned car ride ♥ eating potato wedges from a pizza box (very good disguise, very shifty) ♥ throwing food at people ♥ partaking in political conferences as if we were the leaders of no longer existing kingdoms (dominantly Yugoslavia and Transylvania) ♥ pretending to smoke fifty dollar notes ♥ feeding the peacocks ♥ jokingly (I hope) planning sabotage ♥ laughing hysterically ♥
I have this program called 'Poladroid' that has been lying around unused for a while. It turns your photos into polaroids. I was feeling bored, so decided to play around with it:
